Over the past two decades, I’ve worked across the cultural sector from many different positions: artist, designer, sound technician, producer, researcher and project coordinator.

Moving between those roles taught me something that no single discipline could. I learned how creative projects are built, how different teams work together, and how decisions made in one area affect everything else. Today I bring that perspective to cultural organizations, creative teams and independent initiatives, helping ideas move from concept to execution with structure, clarity and attention to the people behind them.
